Literacy ! ? with UNESCO and GOOGLE at Frankfurt Bookfair!?
picture Frankfurt's Book Fair offered some surprises. Google Literacy provides the ways and the means. We were surprised to find UNESCO inviting the new bound between words and maps. That the maps used were distorted came out in the Press Conference - more is interesting and available on request.

picture picture This is about Worlds Knowledge and how People are asked to get involved - Dropping Knowledge. Pls. see entries September 9, and October 26, 2006 entry in this Blog. It is about people using Ontologies developed the Encyclopedia of World Problems and Human Potential, basing on Ozbekhan, Jantsch, Jungk, Welesly, and last not least Anthony Judge who could not make it to Berlin, but was the nucleus and milestone of the enterprise, at least as see it....

UNITY in DIVERSITY : Dialog among Civilizations
picture picture Kofi Annan invited the Dialog of Civilizations and before 1997 "Culture of Peace". We invite to see the 2 volumes as covered below with my little contribution on the dialog of civilizations and how to preserve Diversity in Unity a link to "Culture for Peace" strongly supported by Vladimir Lomeiko and Kofi Annans maybe central and first initiative when he became Secretary General VISION TELEVISION - Programming for People - From Cultural Rights to Cultural Responsibilities. Unfornately the central event sites are not on the web (any more) - so at least an anchor to dig deeper and see the depth and wisdom of these initiatives might help. Last not least I am happy announce with my co-author Sherryl our little contribution which was originally prepared for the 100th anniversary event for Bertalanffy in Vienna in 1997: Dialogue
toward Unity in Diversity.

ONE EARTHDAY, many EARTHDAYS, OR EARTHDAY?
picture The original Earthday was on March 21, 1970. The first Proclamation of Earth Day was by San Francisco, the City of Saint Francis, patron saint of ecology. Players at that time were [link] {link:http://www.earthsite.org/john.htm U. N. Secretary General U Thant, Margaret Mead, John Gardner, Robert Muller, ... more.

As the times with the first astronauts was right later many Earth Days were created, but only the original is on Equninox and so in line with the traditions of many other cultures.
This note is written on the US - California Earth Day 2005 to help us see the various approaches to celebrate, honour, and safe Mother Earth - and see how they combined could be stronger, or seperately serve different "clients"??

Ways I: Forms of Presentation Circle/Wheel & Matters of Consequences
picture picture Seeds of Change - Matters of Consequences like all seeds, can be full of energy, very unique and much needed, but if they fall on barren land, they will get lost. Or quite the opposite already dead or infertile, but typically they are just like most, "normal" Seeds looking for some "umbrella", or mentor, some glasshouse or incubator. ....
